At The Psychology Space we can teach you how to meditate, either formally or informally. It is not about getting rid of thoughts, rather observing the thoughts and then re-focusing your mind.
We can collaboratively help you to tailor a way to meditate that fits your needs. Mindfulness is also a part of the way we teach meditation.

Meditation can assist you to relax and feel less stressed and anxious. There are a variety of conditions we use it for, as it can even help with sleep problems. Today, research shows us that meditation is a vialbe tool that can increase mental and body health. It offers more clarity of mind so you can effectively deal with issues.
